You’ll work in a supportive, multidisciplinary team within the Programs Department at Acacia Prison. This is a full-time, role focused on behavioural change, rehabilitation, and reducing reoffending.As a Program Psychologist / Social Worker in the Programs team, you’ll make a positive impact by:Co-facilitating group-based, offence-specific intervention programsApplying cognitive-behavioural techniques to support prisoner rehabilitationManaging participant engagement and challenging behaviourCollaborating across teams to support prisoner case managementPreparing high-quality, defendable reports on participant progressSupporting through-care strategies, research, and site-wide staff trainingSerco is a place for youYou are a passionate, ethical, and team-focused professional who believes in the power of rehabilitation.
