About the Role
As a Mortgage Broker with Atlas, you will work with clients to identify, recommend, and manage suitable home loan and lending solutions. You'll be supported by an experienced aggregation team, streamlined systems, and access to a broad lender panel, including non-bank solutions.
This role is ideal for brokers who want to focus on writing business while being part of a supportive, growth-focused network.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage new and existing client relationships.
* Assess client needs and structure suitable lending solutions.
* Prepare, submit, and manage loan applications through to settlement.
* Communicate with lenders, clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
* Maintain a high standard of compliance and file quality.
* Build referral networks and grow your broker business.
* Work collaboratively with the Atlas team to improve client and broker outcomes.

* Experienced in mortgage broking or new brokers with strong ambition.
* Professional, self-motivated, and client-focused.
* Strong communicators with excellent relationship-building skills.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or higher.
* MFAA / FBAA membership preferred.
* Experience in residential lending, refinances, and purchase loans.
* Strong understanding of lender policies and loan structuring.
* Familiarity with compliance and responsible lending obligations.
* Own ABN / business structure preferred, depending on role arrangement.
