About the Role
At Nando's, we're looking for energetic, customer‐centric individuals to join our front‐of‐house team. No prior experience is required – just a passion for people and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
* Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service.
* Prepare and cook PERi‐PERi food items on the grill.
* Assist with food service, ensuring high‐quality standards and a safe cooking environment.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
* Support teammates, including helping new staff learn procedures.
Requirements
* Must be 16+ years old and legally authorised to work in Australia or New Zealand.
* Open to learning, teamwork and living our core values: Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity and Family.
* Depending on location, 18+ staff may need RSA or similar alcohol‐service certification.
