What You'll Do
* Coordinate, schedule, and support WesTracs FIFO Boilermaker workforce across various customer sites and branches.
* Provide technical guidance on repairs, maintenance, and fabrication work on Caterpillar earthmoving equipment.
* Engage with customers to understand work requirements, manage expectations, and ensure quality service delivery.
* Oversee job allocation, progress tracking, reporting, and workforce utilisation.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, site entry requirements, and WesTrac procedures.
* Assist with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and escalation support for field service teams.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong safety and quality culture.
* Maintain communication with stakeholders, including leadership teams, planners, and site supervisors.
Skills & Experience
* Trade qualified Boilermaker or Fabricator.
* Previous leadership experience within a Field Service Environment.
* Strong communication and customer service capability with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
* Highly developed problem‐solving skills and ability to provide technical guidance.
* Ability to work independently and manage remote teams.
* Experience with Caterpillar earthmoving equipment and systems (desirable).
