In this role, you will undertake NDIS plan management tasks to ensure participants have a positive initial and ongoing experience with are-able Plan Management. You will ensure initial intake and ongoing processes are adhered to and networking opportunities are explored for continued growth.
Responsibilities will include:
* Developing strong connections with local networks.
* Provide participants with high quality intake and ongoing engagement plan management support.
* Trouble shooting issues identified with plans and/or payments.
* Responding to queries from participants and sometimes providers, regarding plan management requests via phone, email or face-to-face.
* Safeguarding payments and claims, adhering to the NDIA Support Catalogue and other related legislation.
* Keep accurate records as per internal are-able Plan Management guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working within a customer or client focused position, with strong administration skills.

* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to foster positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
* Efficient and effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and exercise initiative to offer solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a professional team.
