Role Description
Following the opening of our Hobart retail office, we are looking for an experienced, sales-focused Travel Advisor to join the team full-time. This is an in-office, client-facing role. You will work across leisure travel for both local clients and those referred from our broader network, collaborating with a close-knit team to design and deliver exceptional itineraries.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of retail travel sales experience
* A strong sales mindset with a track record of converting and retaining clients
* Solid airfares knowledge and/or cruise experience
* Familiarity with travel booking systems (we use Amadeus, Tramada and Salesforce; experience in these is an advantage, though not essential)
* The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of outcomes
* Outstanding telephone manner and client service skills
* Goal-oriented, with genuine commercial ambition
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Hobart. It is not a remote or hybrid role.
