The Role
Our client is a specialist Earthmoving machinery parts. The client is seeking a switched‐on and dynamic Admin Assistant/Internal Sales assistant with exceptional organisational skills to support a busy workflow. This position is Monday to Friday, 8am or 8:30am start, 7.6 hour days.
Responsibilities
* Understanding customer requirements – products, orders, queries
* Matching purchase orders with invoicing, quotations
* Putting together revenue data charts and reports
* Data entry, filing, end of month
* Stock reordering
* Managing email inquiries
* Other admin duties as requested
Qualifications
* Experience in a fast‐paced environment with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet competing deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Pronto knowledge and Earthmoving machinery knowledge
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
* Willingness to assist with various tasks as required
