Position
We are seeking a reliable and organised Service Administrator / Storeperson to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity leave cover). This is a varied role combining service administration and warehouse support, working closely with the Service Manager and Supervisors to keep day to day operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Provide day to day admin support to the Service Manager and Supervisors, including job coordination and workflow support.
* Process timesheets, ensure jobs are accurately invoiced and closed, and maintain service documentation.
* Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and ordering of parts to support service activities.
* Manage stock movements, maintain inventory accuracy, and support stocktakes.
* Process incoming goods, check documentation, and maintain a clean and organised warehouse area.
* Open service jobs, communicate issues with incoming goods, and support service agreement accounts.
* Manage office supplies, mail, and provide backup support to the broader admin team as required.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in administration, warehouse, or service support roles (desirable).
* Exposure to workplace health and safety practices within a warehouse or service environment (desirable).
* Experience using SAP or similar systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Good communication skills and confident phone manner.
* Reliable, organised, and able to work in a team environment.
* Ability to support both office administration and basic warehouse tasks.
