You will support the planning cycle, assist with daily routines, and collaborate with colleagues to provide an inclusive and engaging environment.
As a Room Leader, you will create engaging, play-based programs, guide the planning cycle, and coach your team to deliver excellence.
You will embed the EYLF and NQS into practice, support reflective learning, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver continuous improvement.
Both roles include working closely with families to meet children's individual needs and ensuring they feel safe, confident, and supported.
What you bring: Completed Cert III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), completed before October **** The Room Leader role requires a completed Diploma qualification Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, plus a valid Blue Card Ideally, 12 months of full-time work experience in a similar setting Enthusiasm for fostering children's growth and creating safe, inclusive environments Confidence in partnering with families and working effectively in a team A positive, can-do attitude to the role that always strives to go above and beyond for the children and families you care for daily.
