Join the Team as a Client Service Officer! 6-8 Week Assignment - West Perth

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and providing essential administrative support within the financial services sector? We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team in West Perth. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading financial planning business that specialises in superannuation, personal insurance, and client-focused solutions.

About the Role:

As a Client Service Officer, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, superannuation funds, insurers, and financial advisers. Your primary focus will be providing efficient support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring high-quality client experiences. You will assist with superannuation and insurance administration, support compliance efforts, and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support clients via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and timeliness
* Assist advisers in preparing financial planning recommendations
* Maintain accurate client records and manage schedules within CRM systems
* Coordinate client meetings and send relevant documentation
* Handle superannuation transactions such as rollovers, contributions, and withdrawals
* Liaise with funds and insurers on client accounts and insurance policies
* Track and process policy alterations, cancellations, and premium queries
* Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements and maintains confidentiality
* Support advisers with compliance and audit preparations

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in financial services, administration, or customer service
* Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
* High attention to detail with a professional, confidential manner
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with Adviser Logic or Xero Practice Manager is a plus)
* Knowledge of Australian superannuation and personal insurance products is advantageous
* RG146 qualification and a Certificate/Diploma in Financial Services are desirable but not essential
