About your new job:
Reporting to the Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Downloading and reconciling bank statementsAllocation of paymentsHandle inquiries – internal and external stakeholdersProcessing credits through the systemMaster data of customer base ensuring accuracy and updatesMonth-end reconciliations & month-end journalsAd-hoc administrative support to the credit team
About you:
You must demonstrate a clear track record of success in a similar role.
Specifically, you will possess the following:
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable / Credit Control role – especially with allocations and reconciliationsHigh level of accuracyAbility to multitask and have strong organisational skillsExposure to large ERP systems is ideal but not essentialProficient in Excel
