Located in the heart of Hobart, this 221-room premium hotel offers an exceptional location, unique design, outstanding service, and an exciting dining concept.
As a Night Auditor, you will assist guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience, and everything in between—check-in, check-out, luggage assistance, valet parking, and responding to guest requests—while creating unforgettable heartfelt moments.

What you'll be doing
Welcoming our late arrival guests and bidding farewell to our early departures.
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel's overnight operation, maintaining guest satisfaction and the safety and security of the property.
Take initiative to ensure positive and productive interactions with our customers.
Undertake the daily reconciliation of the hotel's trading, including checking and preparing reports, completing audits, and collating the necessary paperwork for departures.
Prepare and distribute relevant reports to the relevant departments.
Manage and confirm reservation details and accounts for in-house guest details, ensuring all details are recorded accurately.
Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure by checking in and out guests as required.
Maximise guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.
Attend to guests' requests efficiently and effectively to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
The must-haves:
Be a night owl who enjoys working with a team
Exceptional customer service & communication skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
A hands-on team player with a can-do attitude
Initiates contact and establishes rapport easily
Willingness to take ownership and have the initiative to carry out different tasks as required
A good understanding of finance and accounting practices
The ability to coordinate multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail
Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
A current driver's license is essential
Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a bonus
An ability to work 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and the flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays
