About the role

Join our team as an inbound Customer Solutions Representative and experience the satisfaction of helping our customers and delivering exceptional service. We have multiple Customer Solutions Representative roles available with a start date of 13th July in our Adelaide Head Office.

Responsibilities

* Talk with customers over the phone, assessing account and billing queries and changes, customer complaints, selling to existing and new customers and taking payments.
* Engage with a team of highly driven, fun, and engaged contact centre agents who live our values and work together to achieve team targets and KPIs.

Salary and Benefits

* A competitive salary of $69,012.00 + 12% Super + range of discounts & benefits (TFR $77,293.44)
* Opportunity to earn $500‐1,500 quarterly bonuses.
* Permanent full‐time role, 37.5 hours per week.
* Hybrid work arrangements including work‐from‐home options after 6‐month probation on shifts after 11AM.
* Paid, onsite training.
* Rotational working hours between 8.00am – 7.00pm Monday to Friday.

Qualifications and Skills

* Eager to learn and apply it effectively when dealing with customers.
* Great active listener with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Confident in learning new technologies and systems and navigating computer systems efficiently and accurately.
