* Deliver case management, counselling, and advocacy services to individuals facing social and mental health challenges

What You Bring
* Proven experience in social work or counselling, with strong case management and community engagement skills
* Deep knowledge of mental health, trauma-informed care, AOD, domestic violence, housing, and social services
* Relevant qualifications – Degree in Social Work, Counselling, or a related field
* Accreditation eligibility – AASW membership (for social workers) or equivalent for counsellors
* Self-motivation and teamwork – Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dedicated team
