About the Role
We are seeking an organized and community-minded District Support Coordinator to join our team in Narrogin on a Permanent Full-Time basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting our regional operations and volunteers across the Wheatbelt South District.
You will coordinate the delivery of high-quality administrative support for our regional centres and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly, assist with volunteer engagement, and help strengthen community connections.
What you'll do
* Providing administrative support to management, including rostering, timecards, maintenance and cleaning coordination
* Maintaining accurate volunteer records and assisting with reward and recognition programs
* Liaising with the travel team to coordinate district travel requirements
* Supporting and attending community events to promote volunteer engagement and participation
* Maintaining district calendars, registers, and assets
* Assisting with induction and training documentation
* Training peers and administrative staff to enhance consistency across the region
* Regularly traveling within the district to maintain relationships with local stakeholders and sub centres
* Providing exceptional customer service and being the first point of contact for volunteer administrative queries.
What you'll need
* Certificate IV in Frontline Management (desirable)
* Experience working with volunteers and in a team environment
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Confidence in training or supporting others.
