What You'll Do
* Implement and maintain flawless visual build standards using industry‐standard tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Collaborate with designers and developers to build outstanding UI and UX experiences.
* Apply your expertise in Unity, particularly with Unity UI and Unity Animations, to improve our game features.
* Manage source control and development tools to ensure efficient project workflows.
* Develop technical art solutions that optimize game performance and visual quality.
* Bring your enthusiasm and technical expertise to help advance our products to the next stage.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior artists and team members.
* Work closely with collaborators to understand and implement their vision.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development.
* Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
* Maintain a demonstrably outstanding portfolio of your work.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience working on social or mobile titles.
* Demonstrable skills with 3D packages and technical art.
* Expert knowledge of Unity and the game development pipeline.
* Outstanding problem‐solving abilities and adaptability to work with ambiguity.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
