Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project coordination or administrative roles, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.
The successful applicant will possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office and strong organizational abilities, with a focus on data processing and efficiency.
The role involves organizing pre and post-install processes, invoicing project claims, scheduling installations, managing stakeholder communication, preparing project-related documents, and handling CRM data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Organize pre and post-install processes and related administrative tasks.
* Invoicing: Invoicing project claims and service works.
* Scheduling: Scheduling and coordinating installations with customers, field staff, and contractors.
* Stakeholder Management: Managing stakeholder communication and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress, issues, and changes.
* Documentation: Preparing and distributing project-related documents, reports, and meeting minutes.
* CRM Data Entry: Handling CRM data entry and management with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in project coordination or administrative roles, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.
* Liaison Skills: Ability to liaise with various clients, office & site-based staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and strong organizational abilities.
* Data Processing: Advanced data processing skills ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
