We are currently seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to provide clinical support to the team at Bethanie Dalyellup in Bunbury. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide hands‐on care to residents while supporting a multi-skilled team with a focus on learning and safety. This role is available on a part‐time basis. The successful candidate must be flexible to work 16 to 20 hours per week, including weekends.
Shift Schedule
* Position 1: AM/PM Shifts (Rotating Fortnightly Roster)
o Week 1:
+ Tuesday: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
+ Friday & Saturday: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
o Week 2:
+ Tuesday & Saturday: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
* Position 2: Night Duty (Rotating Fortnightly Roster)
o Week 1:
+ Sunday: 11:00 pm – 7:15 am
o Week 2:
+ Thursday, Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 pm – 7:15 am
About You
* Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
* Previous experience in an aged care environment or with dementia care is an advantage, but is not essential.
* Ability to work independently and professionally.
* Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to confidently use clinical information systems.
* Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group.
* Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Clearance.
Role Responsibilities
* Carry out personal care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
* Consult with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a shift basis.
* Assist in assessing residents and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirements.
* Contribute to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of residents.
* Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and contribute to teamwork within the workplace.
* Participate in ongoing learning and development, both individually and as part of a larger team.
