A growing multi-service business is searching for an Office Manager to join their dynamic team!

SkillQuest Solutions are seeking an experienced Office Manager on behalf of our client, a diversified business based in Thomastown, Victoria. The company delivers a range of services including event management, recruitment solutions, brand development, and international trade support across import/export and logistics operations. With a strong focus on connecting businesses, enhancing brand presence, and delivering tailored solutions, the company continues to expand across multiple industries and markets.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of a growing multi-service business. The role will focus on coordinating office procedures, supporting business operations, managing administrative staff and ensuring efficient workflow across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure administrative systems and procedures run efficiently.
* Develop, implement and maintain office administrative processes, policies and procedures.
* Coordinate office resources, supplies, equipment maintenance and service providers to support business operations.
* Support administrative staff, including allocating duties and monitoring workflow and performance management.
* Assist management with operational planning, reporting and administrative support across recruitment, events and logistics divisions.
* Maintain accurate business records, databases, filing systems and confidential company documentation.
* Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements and internal communications.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers and external stakeholders regarding operational and administrative matters.
* Monitor budgets, invoices and expenditure to ensure cost-effective office management.
* Support workplace health and safety compliance and ensure office procedures align with company policies and legislative requirements.
What We Are Looking For
* Relevant qualification, such as an Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business, Management or Administration (or agreed equivalent).
* Proven experience as an Office Manager of at least 1 year (preferably more), ideally within a multi-service environment.
* Strong organisational and administrative management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise professionally with staff, clients and stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
* Experience managing office systems, procedures and business documentation.
* High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
* You must have unrestricted working rights to work full time in Australia to be eligible for consideration.
