Permapole is a leading manufacturer supplying quality treated timber and pine pole products across Western Australia. We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team in a full‐time generalist administration role supporting day‐to‐day business operations.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, has strong attention to detail, and can confidently manage administration, customer service, bookkeeping, and office coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support using Excel, Microsoft Office, MYOB, and Timbersmart
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
* Process customer orders, dispatch paperwork, and invoicing daily
* Maintain payroll, employee records, and timekeeping data
* Assist with bookkeeping and general accounts administration
* Handle cash transactions, petty cash, and banking as required
* Coordinate office supplies, uniforms, and workshop purchasing
* Maintain social media and support general office organisation
* Assist with workers' compensation claims and employee support
* Record and manage production and delivery data
* Perform filing, archiving, and general administrative duties
* Previous experience using Bunnings and Elders ordering platforms will be highly regarded
About You
* Previous experience in administration, office support, or bookkeeping
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Confident using Microsoft Office and MYOB
* Friendly and professional communication skills
* Ability to adapt and support multiple areas of the business
* Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments is advantageous
