Support Administrative Professionals - Data Centre Operations.
Job Description
* Provide exceptional support to teams and customers, ensuring seamless operational performance of data centre facilities.
* Assist with finance tasks, maintaining integrity of financial transactions, and ensuring accurate purchase orders are created in a timely manner.
* Coordinate billing applications, calculate margins, raise invoices, and submit to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend and participate in weekly finance meetings with contract managers, subcontractors, and clients.
* Regularly review and process supplier invoices, raising sales invoices in line with contractual and company deadlines.
* Support the preparation and delivery of monthly Contract Reviews, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
* Drive high-quality financial performance by reporting on In-Scope and Out-of-Scope works, influencing the P&L.
* Maintain personnel records, including training, new starters, leavers, notification, system setup, and IT requests.
* Communicate effectively and build/maintain relationships at all levels with internal and external customers.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED with 3-5 years of related experience.
* Understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own function.
* Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong numerical skills, ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.
