About the Opportunity

The Operations Manager (Adelaide/Regional) is responsible for leading and coaching store leadership and teams, optimizing daily retail operations within a defined region.

Deliver outstanding customer experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.

This role combines strategic planning with hands‐on leadership to ensure Mitre10 retail stores performance, align with company objectives, maximize operational efficiencies and equip stores to achieve sales, service, and profitability targets.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and coach a network of retail stores to deliver strong sales, operational excellence, and outstanding customer experiences.
* Develop and implement strategies that drive growth, profitability, and team performance across the region.
* Build a high‐performing, customer‐focused culture through leadership, coaching, succession planning, and team development.
* Ensure stores consistently meet company standards across presentation, merchandising, safety, compliance, and service delivery.
* Monitor operational performance, analyze key metrics, and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Manage budgets, labor, inventory, and resources to achieve financial targets and maximize store performance.
* Partner with cross‐functional teams to deliver consistent brand experiences and support business objectives.
* Lead by example and champion our core values of Teamwork, Integrity, Accountability, and Safety.

* Proven experience in a senior operations management role with multi‐site responsibility.
* Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing abilities.
* Demonstrated experience in driving operational transformation and process improvement.
* Strong financial acumen with budget and P&L management experience.
* Results‐oriented with a strategic mindset.
* Adaptable and resilient in a fast‐paced environment.
