Hospitality Assistant - Cleaner
As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities. Working closely with our facility managers and hotel services team leaders, you will be responsible for cleaning resident rooms, common areas, main entrance, outdoor entertainment spaces, administration offices, and dining halls, as well as providing laundry services and ensuring residents' daily needs are met.
This physically demanding role requires a high level of physical fitness and stamina, with frequent bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing involved. It is essential that you can perform these tasks safely without risk of injury to yourself, your colleagues, or residents.
Key qualifications include:
* Demonstrated cleaning experience
* Ability to work off-set checklists on a daily basis and follow agreed procedures for safety
* Ability to work with chemicals, hazardous products, and heated equipment in a safe manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high empathy when interacting with residents
* Ability to arrive on time and be ready to start shifts with a positive attitude
* A commitment to adopting a safety-first approach to daily tasks and supporting colleagues at all times
