Maintenance Administrator Role
About this role:
* Raising purchase order requisitions for goods and services to ensure efficient procurement processes.
* Maintaining accurate pending invoice reports, actioning and goods receipting a high turnover of invoices in a timely manner.
* Finalising open POs to prevent delays in the supply chain.
* Raising manual work orders to facilitate effective team management and resource allocation.
* Processing subcontractor payment claims to ensure fair compensation for services rendered.
* Compiling regular reports to provide stakeholders with valuable insights and data-driven decision-making opportunities.
* Effective stakeholder communications to foster strong relationships and trust within the organisation.
* Organising team meetings and event logistics to promote collaboration and productivity.
* Maintaining an up-to-date roster for operations maintenance to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Taking and distributing meeting minutes to keep team members informed and engaged.
* Credit card reconciliation of transactions to maintain financial accuracy and transparency.
* Finalising and closing off work orders to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in administration roles.
* Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships.
* A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
