This full-time role is integral to the execution of our maintenance and fabrication projects across the region.What you'll be doingFabricate, install, and repair a variety of metal products, structures, and equipmentRead and interpret technical drawings, and specificationsOperate a range of metalworking machinery, tools, and equipmentPerform welding, cutting, and metal forming tasks to a high standardCollaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to deliver top quality workMaintain a safe and organised work environmentAdhere to all relevant safety regulations and quality standardsWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Boilermaker or Sheet Metal Worker, ideally in a maintenance or construction environmentProficient in the use of metal fabrication tools and equipment, including TIG welding, MIG welding, and plasma cuttingAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCurrent driver's licenceWhat we offerAt RGM Maintenance, we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
