Key Role: Sales & Customer Service Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers a competitive hourly rate, shift loading, and uncapped incentives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers in renting vehicles based on their preferences and needs. They will process rental agreements accurately and efficiently, promote and upsell additional products and services, address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, and achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
To be considered for this role, you should possess previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail, with car rental experience being highly desirable. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record and full working rights in Australia are also essential requirements.
