About the Role – Centre Director
Lead, mentor, and inspire a passionate team of educators
Manage enrolments, compliance requirements, and smooth daily operations
Drive continuous improvement and ensure quality outcomes for all children
Build strong family and community partnerships that reflect our values
Foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging centre culture
Ensure all practices align with the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards
What You'll Bring
Minimum 2+ years leadership or senior educator experience in Early Childhood Education
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and regulatory compliance
Proven ability to lead teams with empathy, vision, and professionalism
Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
Current WWCC, National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR
