You are invited to join us as a Recruitment Consultant in our Byron Bay office. The role is onsite, Monday‐Friday, and focuses on recruiting talent for our national sales teams.
About the Role
A full‐cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, interviewing and hiring sales talent across our 18 offices.
Responsibilities
* Recruit top talent for the National Sales teams.
* Use Lever ATS and other tools to source and evaluate candidates.
* Brief junior sales applicants nationwide on opportunities.
* Schedule and confirm group and individual interviews.
* Maintain communication with hiring managers to keep the pipeline moving.
* Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidate compliance.
* Coordinate onboarding for successful hires.
* Develop innovative recruitment strategies and job advertisements.
Qualifications
* Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, or a strong sales/telesales background.
* Tech‐savvy: comfortable using Google Sheets and ATS.
* Excellent communication, confidence, drive, resilience and attention to detail.
* Ownership mindset: take responsibility for meeting hiring needs.
* Proactive, goal‐oriented and able to secure hires swiftly.
