Digital Marketing Manager (B2B Hospitality)

We’re looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager who loves execution, enjoys creating campaigns end‑to‑end, and wants to grow into a powerhouse demand‑generation marketer.
This is a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves role for someone who likes building, testing, and launching campaigns fast – not managing agencies all day.

What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with our sales and leadership team to execute our demand engine across:
Landing Pages & CRO
- Build, update, and optimise landing pages.
- Implement best practices for conversions.
Paid Social & Paid Search
- Set up and launch campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google.
- Manage ad updates, targeting, retargeting, and creatives.
- Monitor performance and make iterative improvements.
- No need to be a senior paid specialist, we have experts in‑house already, you just need to be comfortable executing and learning.
Email Marketing & Nurtures
- Build email sequences and newsletters.
- Create nurture flows and follow‑ups.
- Manage database hygiene and segmentation.
Content + Execution
- Write short‑form landing page copy, ad copy, and blog content.
- Repurpose content for ads, emails, and socials.
- Manage content calendars.
Webinar, Podcast & Event Support
- Coordinate monthly webinars, podcasts and events.
- Build webinar, podcast and event landing pages and follow‑up flows.
Reporting
- Track leads and campaign performance.
- Improve reporting over time, ideally focusing on MQL, SQL, CAC etc.

You do need to be proactive, organised, creative, and hungry to learn.
Skills That Will Make You Successful
You don’t need all of these, just confidence in most:
Required
- Experience executing digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, or Google).
- Experience with landing pages (WordPress or similar).
- Strong copywriting and attention to detail.
- Experience with email marketing tools.
- Comfortable with GA4.
- Experience coordinating events, webinars or podcasts.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and projects.
- Comfortable analysing campaign results.
Nice to Have
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or SaaS.
- SEO knowledge.
- Graphic design basics.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce).
- A passion for hospitality and digital marketing.
