Short-Term Rentals Operations Coordinator
As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing support to our short-term rental properties across various tasks via the Breezeway platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Key Management
1. Establish and maintain lockboxes;
2. Manage secure key transfers and ensure up-to-date key tracking for each property;
3. Provide guest and owner support during lockouts or key replacement needs;
4. Coordinate with third-party key storage providers.
2. Inventory & Logistics Support
1. Deliver, remove, and restock essential items;
2. Assist with sourcing, purchasing, and transporting property essentials;
3. Ensure timely restocking and setup based on property requirements.
3. Guest Experience Support
1. Respond to and troubleshoot guest-reported issues;
2. Deliver emergency items or supplies to guests when needed;
3. Coordinate lost-and-found retrieval and postage;
4. Support VIP guest check-ins and fulfill special requests.
4. Owner & Property Assistance
1. Perform on-site inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with fire and safety regulations;
2. Oversee bin collection and return services for scheduled waste removal;
3. Assist owners with WiFi setup and provide basic tech troubleshooting.
5. Property Onboarding & Offboarding
1. Complete property readiness reports and ingoing inspections;
2. Assist with staging and coordinating photoshoots during onboarding;
3. Handle end-of-tenancy or contract returns, including key transfer and final inspections.
6. Routine & Emergency Property Inspections
1. Conduct scheduled inspections to ensure property standards are maintained;
2. Perform rapid-response inspections following reported damage, events, or emergencies.
