OverviewFinancial Business Analyst role at Cochlear.
This position is based in Cochlear's corporate office in Macquarie Park, Sydney.
The role supports the Finance Business Partnering team in partnering the Global Research and Development business and other units with the organisation.ResponsibilitiesContributing to the execution of strategic initiatives through financial analysis, input to business cases and improving financial acumen across the businessSupporting the Financial Planning Process (5YP, Monthly IBP forecasts and annual budget) to ensure deliverables are delivered in full and on timeManaging stakeholders in the development and update of business plans and financialising these plans, specifically in relation to workforce planning, capex, and business projectsPrepare and deliver accurate, compliant, and timely financial information, including monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and statutory reportsMaintain financial accounting and reporting processes to control and manage expenses, performing financial and risk analysis of the business environmentSupport continuous process improvement initiativesWhat makes this opportunity unique?

The financial business analyst will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders across Cochlear's product and innovation portfolio, and network with senior management in a global scale.
