We've been delivering signage and line marking across NSW since 1996. Our administrator is moving on and we need someone who can step straight in and own the role — no hand-holding, no long ramp-up.

This is a fast-paced office position in a small, tight team. You'll be the first voice clients and suppliers hear, and the person keeping jobs moving behind the scenes. If you thrive on variety, hate sitting still, and genuinely enjoy talking to people — read on.

What you'll be doing

— Preparing quotes from job details provided by the Ops Manager — Scheduling jobs and coordinating crew through monday.com — Running the CRM — managing leads, follow-ups, and client records — Raising invoices in Xero within 24 hours of job completion — Following up outstanding payments — Handling client and supplier enquiries by phone and email — professionally and warmly — Supporting the Ops Manager with reporting and day-to-day admin — Managing competing priorities without dropping the ball

What we need from you

— 5 years minimum in an office admin role — Xero experience — CRM experience — we run monday.com and you'll be in it daily — Confident and warm on the phone — clients, suppliers, and crew all deserve your best — Genuinely tech-savvy — we run on digital tools and that list is growing — Open to AI and new ways of working — we're building smarter systems and you'll be part of that — Experience preparing quotes or client-facing documents — Trades or construction background preferred — Organised, reliable, and follows things through without being reminded
