Level 2 Network and Desktop Engineer
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Level 2 Network Engineers in Toowoomba QLD and Newcastle NSW to provide critical support for a leading Mining and Resources client through our partner.
Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will deploy and maintain multi-site network topologies, configure and manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks, implement and support FortiSwitches, HPE/Aruba switches, and Cisco Meraki switches.
Edge/Perimeter Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will deploy and manage Fortinet firewalls in HA setups, configure advanced FortiOS policies, maintain FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
Requirements and Skills:
* 3+ years in MSP/MSSP or complex enterprise environments
* Industry certifications such as Fortinet NSE 4+
* Familiarity with PRTG and Fortinet logging tools
