Job Summary
Permanent Coordinator position located in Altona. Working hours are 6:30 am–9:00 am and 2:30 pm–6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, plus two hours of administrative duties.
Responsibilities

* Design and facilitate activities that foster learning and creativity.
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ensure the well‐being and safety of every child in your care.
* Manage a team of educators.
Qualifications
* Genuine passion for working with children and commitment to making a positive difference.
* Experience in childcare or early childhood education.
* Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
* Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid).
* Australian work rights.
* Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards.
