Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with business leaders to design and deliver HR services, including system design.
2. Develop fit-for-purpose and robust processes and solutions for a growing corporate.
3. Design and deliver full-range HR services, including recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration.
4. Engage with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in HR, ideally in manufacturing or supply chain with a large multinational or global organization.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytic skills.
* Experience using digital solutions to improve productivity.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
