About the Role
We're partnered with a well-established mining organisation seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a FIFO from Brisbane opportunity supporting site-based operations. This is a hands-on role working closely with leaders on site, providing support across the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, workforce planning, and day-to-day HR delivery. You'll play a key role in ensuring consistent HR practices across site while contributing to a positive and productive work environment. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability within a well-performing mining operation.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day HR support across site operations
* Support leaders with employee relations matters, including investigations and case management
* Assist with workforce planning and recruitment activities
* Support performance management and development processes
* Contribute to enterprise agreement application and IR processes
* Drive engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across site
About You
* Experience in a HR Advisor role within mining or heavy industry
* Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and IR processes
* Confident supporting leaders in a site-based environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Practical, solutions-focused approach
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Current driver's licence
