About the Role

The Education Coordinator will oversee and facilitate both the Noble Park and Dandenong Education Programs, providing family‐friendly homework assistance and literacy support to students across various grade levels. The role includes managing program facilitation, reporting, administration and volunteer support, as well as student enrolment, stakeholder relationships, data tracking, record keeping and contributing to program sustainability and growth.

Responsibilities

* Oversee and facilitate the Noble Park and Dandenong Education Programs.
* Manage program facilitation, reporting and administrative tasks.
* Recruit and support volunteers.
* Handle student enrolment and maintain accurate records.
* Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Track and report weekly statistics.
* Contribute to the sustainability and growth of the programs.
* Provide general support to the Youth and Education team as required.

Qualifications

* Motivated and adaptable professional with excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working with school‐aged children, ideally within an education setting.
* Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive and respectful approach.
* Demonstrated understanding and commitment to child safety, duty of care, mandatory reporting and the 11 Victorian Child Safety Standards.
* Experience with CALD and EAL backgrounds is highly regarded.
* Collaborative team member who actively contributes to team development and adapts practical solutions to challenges.
* Strong networking and people‐management abilities.
* Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Teams.
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally as required.
* Familiarity with tax‐reducing salary packaging is a plus.

Employment Details

* Location: Box Hill.
* Work type: Full‐time, ongoing.
* Working model: Hybrid with local travel required.
