We're hiring a range of roles across go-to-market, product & implementation... Plus, we want to optimise a range of 'people' things that naturally arise when scaling a team from ~30 to 50 (this year).
That's why we're looking for a smart, high-agency operator to own our new people & recruitment function end-to-end. This means overseeing sourcing & screening, onboarding new starters and running the classic HR rhythms - but in a modern non HR'y way.

About You:
* You've had exposure to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, supporting management with people/culture items & everything in between.
* You love a great recruitment process - can ensure key projects have 'trains run on time'. You're excited about sourcing, screening, interviewing & closing great hires.
* Happy on the tools - you're pragmatic, not corporate. You'd rather ship quickly and iterate (inc. using AI / no-code) than building a perfect 30-page handbook nobody reads.
* High care - people genuinely like you. You build trust quickly, hold the line warmly, & care about the humans without going soft on standards.
* Calm under pressure - sometimes we may have a tricky exit or performance convos.. Here you can paint the picture clearly, keep the paper trail tidy, & handle it without drama.
