We are seeking a talented Communications Manager with experience within transformation programs to play a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life.

Working closely with the Change Director, business leaders, change professionals, P&C teams, and communications specialists, you will help create compelling narratives, build engagement, and support the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across the university.
About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of communications, engagement, and transformation. You will develop and deliver integrated communication and engagement strategies that support major organisational change initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are informed, connected, and engaged throughout the transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop communication and engagement strategies for transformation programs
* Create compelling communication plans, campaigns, and content across multiple channels
* Build strong relationships with senior leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders
* Support organisational leaders to effectively communicate change
* Facilitate engagement activities, workshops, presentations, and events
* Ensure communications are audience‐focused, aligned, and measurable
* Collaborate with embedded communications specialists and change teams across the university
* Help bring the university's 4‐year strategy to life through impactful storytelling and engagement
About You
You are an experienced communications professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys helping people navigate change.
You Will Bring
* Demonstrated experience supporting large‐scale transformation, change, or strategic programs
* Strong expertise developing integrated communications and engagement strategies
* Experience delivering multi‐channel communication campaigns across complex organisations
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
* The ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, audience‐focused communications
* Experience partnering with senior leaders and project teams to drive engagement and adoption
* Familiarity with change management methodologies, frameworks, or practices
* Excellent writing, facilitation, and presentation skills
Highly Regarded
* Experience within higher education, government, healthcare, or other complex environments
* Exposure to organisational change, culture transformation, workforce transformation, or enterprise‐wide strategic initiatives
* Qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Change Management, or a related discipline
