Toll Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Member to join our Chemicals division in Laverton North. About the Role As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations across inbound, outbound, and inventory functions. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and dispatch orders in line with operational requirements Load and unload trucks and containers Put-away and replenishment of stock using RF scanning Process inbound and outbound freight with high accuracy Conduct cycle counts and support stocktakes Prepare and manage shipping documentation Maintain housekeeping standards and a safe work environment Work closely with dispatch and internal teams to meet deadlines What You'll Bring Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience in a 3PL environment Current LF Forklift Licence (minimum 2 years' experience) Reach forklift experience highly regarded Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Positive attitude with a team-focused mindset What's on Offer Full-time opportunity with stable hours (38 hours per week) Competitive hourly rate super Supportive and safety-focused team environment Opportunities for training and ongoing development Work within a well-established global organisation Apply Now If you have the required experience and are looking for your next opportunity in a dynamic warehouse environment, we want to hear from you.
