Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and controlling costs.

* Build strong relationships with guests, owners, and body corporate stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you will require:
* A tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management.
* Proven experience in managing body corporate and/or strata operations.
* Extensive operational and financial management experience within a hotel environment.
* Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of driving cultures of accountability and staff engagement.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to build strong partnerships and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
