Hotel Operations Manager Position


Job Summary:


The role of Hotel Operations Manager involves overseeing the daily management and presentation of a coastal resort. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing guest satisfaction and striving to maintain operational standards.



Key Responsibilities:



* Leverage strategic thinking and leadership skills to manage day-to-day resort operations and drive service excellence.

* Ensure full compliance with body corporate and strata regulations.

* Develop and implement initiatives to enhance guest experiences through proactive leadership and exceptional service.

* Oversee financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and controlling costs.

* Inspire, develop, and empower a high-performing team focused on engagement and accountability.

* Identify and execute opportunities to boost revenue growth and improve operational performance.

* Build strong relationships with guests, owners, and body corporate stakeholders.





Qualifications & Requirements:


To be successful in this position, you will require:



* A tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management.

* Proven experience in managing body corporate and/or strata operations.

* Extensive operational and financial management experience within a hotel environment.

* Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of driving cultures of accountability and staff engagement.

* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

* Ability to build strong partnerships and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
