As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in supporting schools and colleges across the diocese with their financial operations and strategic planning.
Main Responsibilities:
* You will provide expert guidance and training to principals and finance officers/managers on financial management practices.
* You will lead end of month reconciliation, reporting, and analysis processes to ensure accurate and timely information.
* You will prepare and submit school and college forecasts and budgets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* You will work closely with external auditors to maintain high standards of financial governance.
* You will undertake internal audit functions for schools and colleges, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
* You will ensure Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance across all educational institutions.
