KE Select is working with Malvern Panalytical in the search for an Administration Assistant/Logistics Coordinator to be based in their Canning Vale office.
Malvern Panalytical is a global analytical instrument manufacturer and supplier. Their products are used in a wide range of industries to better understand the chemical, physical and structural aspects of the materials tested.
The Role
This is an extended leave coverage position where we anticipate full-time hours for around 6 months but could extend in either a part-time or full-time capacity.
The role will involve the following:
* Manage the logistics of shipments in and out of the warehouse
* Liaise between customers and internal service engineers in regard to shipments and return of parts
* Warehouse stock control
* Update reports and registers
* Front of office/reception
* General administrative duties
About You
Desirable applicants will possess:
* Understanding of logistics procedures
* Experience with computer systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office systems
* Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Understanding of health and safety principles
* Full working rights in Australia
