Job Title: Sales Team Leader
We are seeking a results-driven leader to join our sales team.
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for driving commercial success by leading and managing the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance data to drive commercial success.
* Retail Operations: Effectively manage all retail operations within a fashion store environment.
* Customer Service: Be a role model and lead your team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers' expectations.
* Training and Development: Guide and train team members on brand product knowledge and customer service.
* Visual Merchandising: Coordinate team members to execute and maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
* Inventory Processing: Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures.
Requirements:
* Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen with experience in analyzing performance data to drive business growth.
* Retail Experience: Proven retail experience with knowledge of fashion store operations.
* Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead a team to meet or exceed customer expectations.
* Communication Skills: Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate business objectives and strategies to the team.
