We now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Market Services team in Brisbane, QLD on a permanent full‐time basis. Reporting to the Manager, Market Systems, Data and Reporting, you will play a key role in delivering advanced analytics, data modelling, and strategic reporting to support informed decision‐making across Market Services.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate complex operational, commercial, and market data into clear, actionable insights to support business performance
* Design, build, and maintain BI solutions including dashboards, data models, and automated reporting
* Identify and deliver improvements across processes, systems, and data visibility to enhance efficiency and quality outcomes
* Partner with cross‐functional teams to uplift analytics capability and enable a data‐driven culture
* Drive continuous improvement across BI architecture, workflows, and reporting practices
Your Background
* Proven experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role, with strong exposure to operational or commercial data
* Advanced skills in BI and data tools such as Databricks, SQL, Python, or R, with experience building dashboards and data models
* Strong ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
* Experience working collaboratively across business and technology teams to deliver data solutions and mentoring others
