Troocoo is partnering with a fast-scaling co-working business to recruit a newly created Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This position will play a critical part in managing inbound leads, driving tours, supporting sales campaigns, and overseeing CRM and marketing initiatives.

About the role
- Respond to inbound enquiries and convert them into booked tours.
- Coordinate and conduct tours across five co-working locations.
- Maintain and update the CRM, ensuring accurate lead and member data.
- Support marketing campaigns, member communications, and social media content.
- Track and report on lead conversion, occupancy rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist centre teams as required and provide management reports.
- Collaborate with the wider team to improve sales processes and customer experience.
About You
- Previous experience in property, real estate, developer sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable style.
- Confident engaging with potential members over the phone.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with CRM and digital tool experience.
- Comfortable managing social media content and campaigns.
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-presented and confident representing the business at industry events.
- A current driver’s licence and access to a car is essential, as the role is based across multiple locations.
