We are partnering with a leading private healthcare provider in Adelaide's Northern Suburbs to recruit an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality, risk and safety initiatives within a large and complex hospital environment. About the Opportunity Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across quality, risk, safety and clinical governance functions. You will work closely with clinical leaders, managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards and best practice healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the hospital's Quality, Risk and Safety program Support and strengthen clinical governance frameworks Coordinate accreditation activities and ongoing compliance with NSQHS Standards Manage incident reporting, investigations and Root Cause Analyses (RCA) Monitor and analyse quality indicators and patient safety data Lead consumer feedback, complaints management and quality improvement initiatives Develop, review and implement policies, procedures and governance frameworks Maintain organisational risk registers and risk mitigation strategies Provide expert advice to executive and clinical leaders on quality and safety matters Drive a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centred care Essential Requirements Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA Previous experience in a Quality Manager, Clinical Governance Manager, Risk Manager, Patient Safety Manager or similar leadership position within a hospital environment Strong understanding of the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards Demonstrated experience leading accreditation preparation and surveys Experience managing clinical incidents, investigations and Root Cause Analysis processes Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities Ability to engage clinicians and operational leaders in quality improvement activities Highly Regarded Experience within a private hospital setting Postgraduate qualifications in Quality, Clinical Governance, Healthcare Management or a related discipline Experience supporting executive leadership teams and hospital accreditation programs What's on Offer?
