About The Role
Cartology is looking to further expand its agency sales team with the appointment of an Account Manager. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets as set by your Group Sales Manager across a designated agency and client portfolio. You will be in the market on a regular and consistent basis presenting our proposition and offering to agencies, building relationships with key stakeholders and being seen as a trusted advisor. Expected meeting level is 5+ per week. You will provide weekly forecasts by month for the current quarter.
What you'll do
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by your Group Sales Manager and exceed revenue goals.
* Keep your agency portfolio consistently up to date on the Cartology offering and create revenue demand through pipeline creation leading to revenue conversion.
* Provide weekly forecasting across the quarter and develop a clear gap plan to address any revenue shortfalls.
* Ensure all briefs are responded to in a timely manner and assess share elements on all briefs using Move and Customer Reach data to drive increased share.
* Build and develop strong agency relationships across your portfolio.
* Collect and provide market feedback to your Group Sales Manager to support actions on agency objections.
* Ensure quarterly business plans and comprehensive agency engagement plans are in place for each agency.
What you'll bring
* Good understanding of advertising and media sales, plus knowledge of the data space and foundational knowledge of the programmatic sector (pDOOH).
* Ability to multitask and prioritise various projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering revenue results.
* Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
* Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how performance metrics link to commercial business results.
* Superb presentation, interaction, and communication skills.
* Energised by an entrepreneurial environment.
* Not afraid to do things themselves to get things done.
* Proactive and has a pioneering spirit.
