Based in Kewdale, Perth, you'll join a high‐performing, tight‐knit team working directly with Australia's leading mining companies.
What You'll Do:
Manage and grow key mining and industrial client accounts through consultative, relationship‐based partnerships.
Develop long‐term customer partnerships by understanding site maintenance strategies and operational requirements.
Apply mechanical, engineering or equipment knowledge to recommend tailored solutions.
Identify and convert new revenue streams within mining, resources and heavy industry.
Conduct regular site visits (approximately one week every four weeks) to maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
Negotiate commercial agreements and term contracts to drive recurring revenue.
Expand Geographe's footprint across existing and emerging markets.
Develop and implement tailored client development strategies and report on progress quarterly.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
Experience in B2B sales, account management or customer relationship management.
Knowledge of mechanical systems, mining equipment, fixed or mobile plant operations.
Strong written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting technical or commercial solutions.
Experience with CRM systems (SAP, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
Current C‐class driver's licence and willingness to travel.
Self‐driven, proactive, and commercially minded.
Exposure to mining, FIFO environments or industrial operations (highly regarded).
Candidates with experience working FIFO, on heavy mobile equipment, or within fixed plant maintenance environments will be strongly considered.
