Bunbury is part of that journey, and we’re looking for a hands‑on Assistant Manager to help drive it forward.
In this role you’ll support the Store Manager to lead the team, bring energy and purpose to every shift, and help create a store culture that puts people first. You’ll be actively involved in day‑to‑day operations, championing excellence across stock, standards and service, while helping build a team ready to deliver great results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Store Manager to lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and fostering solid team engagement.
- Take a hands‑on role in managing store operations, merchandising, and driving performance against sales targets.
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing store environment where team members feel supported and empowered.
- Coach and develop team members, building capability and a positive, results‑driven culture.
What You Bring
- Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach to store operations and team support.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
- A collaborative leadership style focused on team development and operational excellence.
- A genuine passion for people, community, and delivering great customer experiences.
